Whelp, it's taken five years and three games, but finally, finally, Commander Firefly Shepard of the SSV Normandy, a War Hero, Paragon, and the child of Admiral Hannah Shepard (Space Hippie),  can finally retire in peace.

Dear Brain,

Stop wanting ship fic.  The game isn't even out yet!  At least wait until the game is out before you start drabbling about an inprobable couple.  You probably can't even romance anyone in this game--it's an MMO!

(Then again, it's not a Bioware game unless I can creepily hit on my teammates SO we'll keep playing and see.)

According to a quick google search, Bioware has removed their non-disclosure agreement, which means I'm free to talk about that beta I was invited to.

I'm only ~1-2 hours into the game at the moment, so it's more of my initial impression than a solid review, but here are my thoughts:

I lean towards Neila or Noleen, if only because I can see Mama Hawke calling out for "NOLEEN! BETHANY! CARVER!" but I'm curious about what other people think.

Thoughts on Mark of the Assassin: fabulous and I loved it, just not sure it's worth $10.  Maybe if I would have gotten to keep Tallis it would be.  Also I didn't think the puzzles were that ( Read more... )

So before my DS died a slow horrible and painful death, I had been playing Pokemon Diamond, and it's only been recently that I've realized something:

when it comes to Pokemon, I am a horrible person.

Seriously, my party?  Their names were Bitch, Dumbfuck, Sparkles, Ghostboy, Donald, and Zelos.

I think they may revoke my pokemon license.
